This home was full of character and charm but lacking in functionality. We re-envisioned the layout of the main level to expand one of the tiniest galley kitchens you can imagine and relocated the adjoining bathroom to an underutilized corner of the house, giving it room for a large walk-in shower. The fireplace was redesigned to create more open space and transfer light throughout. Our color palette was inspired by the blues and pinks that show up on the horizon most evenings during happy hour. The 180 degree view of the ocean doesn’t hurt!
